#asktheexpert I have low milk supply..what should I do to increase it?? plz answer me

A. have adequate sleep and avoid taking more of stress You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

A. You drink lots and lots of water and have shatavari 2 tsp twice with milk daily further if this does not help you can visit your gyneac who will prescribe you medicine which surely increases milk production

A. hello taking lactar tablet can help increase the milk secretion and if the milk secretion is still not good you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk stage one using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which can help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry about
