#AskTheExpert I have low milk supply so my baby was on formula plus breast milk since birth.2months later he used to drink only for 1 breast and least interested in another. and now he is 4 months old he doesn't drink from my breast at all. he starts crying. he drinks formula milk only from bottle. as supply is low i cant remove my breast milk in any container.what should i do so that i can breast feed him.

no dnt do so. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues  and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
