#AskTheExpert I have low milk supply.i take lactate tablets and shathavari.and I take good nutrition food daily. but my breast milk not increase.please help me.my son not drink formula milk.give me any good suggestion.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening I would recommend that shatavari should be taken along with milk and it should be consumed twice in a day this will definitely help to improve the milk production in your body
