#AskTheExpert I have lot of lowerback pain. I'm in my 36 weeks of pregnancy. I tried yoga but I started feeling pain in lowe tummy after doing those exercises, also my baby movements reduced so that scared me alot. can u suggest some pregnancy safe back stretching exercises?

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
