please use mild ayurvedic shampoo
you can use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
you can give gentle massage with coconut oil before washing your hair
you can apply aloe vera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
