after delivery hair fall is a temporary issue. So nothing to worry much about it. Take the iron and calcium supplement until one year as a breastfeeding mom it is very important. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Include ghee, egg, yoghurt, dry fruits, sprouts, veggies in your diet. Avoid oily and spicy food. Have a walk to keep yourself fit.
Apply oil to hair and gently give a massage and leave it for half an hour and take bath. Always use lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water. Use mild shampoo.Repeat this once or twice in a week.Write Your Answer Here’s
