AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. when you stop breastfeeding your child you tend to loose weight sometimes. and as your child is one year you must have to run after her and get tired.. motherhood is a full time job. so you need to have healthy diet including milk and it's products,seasonal fruits and green vegetables,eggs and chicken,cereals.
