Q.

#asktheexpert i have hemaroid because of pregnancy any home remedies? my doc gave me freego granules and cremafin plus syrup but when I searched in google it says cremaffin isnt dafe during pregnancy she also gave me anobliss cream i am in dilemma to use or not pls help

A. As of now, you can apply the local cream on the hemorrhoid to reduce and you can also try doing sitz bath. The other medication is only two soften your motion which can be achieved by taking high fiber diet

A. you can use sits bath that is warm water with some oil in that and sit for sometime in that. have daily jaggery which helps maintain good digestion and try to avoid having more of foods causing constipation and include green leafy vegetables more in your diet
