A. hi mom u r talking about fetal renal pelvic dilatation ... u need to follow up this after birth of the child by doing usg .. r ur rest of the report normal?

Q. Hi madam, now I am 20weeks pregnant. I completed my tiffa scan yesterday. in report it is mentioned that left renal pelvis measures 2.4mm and right renal pelvis measures 4.0mm and also mentioned that mild renal pelvic dilatation with normal renal parenchymal texture. It is also mentioned that left uterine artery doppler shows increased resistance flow. right one is normal. What to do madam, is it major issue.
