#AskTheExpert I have c section delivery before 1 month..now I get bleeding while passing stool..how to meditate this??

it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet.
so please keep your body well hydrated.
take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, fruits etc more.
go for daily walk.
or do vrajrasan after taking meal ,it will help to make good digestion .
you can take warm milk with 1 or 2 tbsp of ghee.
maintain good hygiene.
