#asktheexpert i have c section delivery after that I experiencing pain in my lower back area pelvic area and also swelling in feets and legs is it a concerning point and what to do

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simpcle pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonacl fruits and vegetables.

A. hi usually it is normal to get this. so please don't sit or stand for long period take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping. don't sit by hanging your legs. you can try heating pad to get relief in pain I would suggest to use Babyhug heating pad. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day and if pain is unbearable, please visit your gynecologist for once
