NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and also doing abdominal exercise will help reduce your tummy and also safe and have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet
