some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
diet modificatidon shoculd be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and PEG .

Have fibre foods (fruits and vegetables, Cereals), more water and fluids.
Have one glass warm water early morning with empty stomach and walk for 10 minutes .
Fiber foods, Adequate water will increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation.
