Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. constipation is relative Li come on a pregnancy for various reasons to avoid this please take plenty of water green leafy vegetables all types of fruits for source of fibre in your diet

See Constipation at any point of time during pregnancy is not healthy you should immediately consult your gynaecologist they would advise you with a laxative that you can have apart from that try to include more of fibre rich diet citrus and water into your diet so that the constipation is released over the period
