A. hi which type of anxiety? are you feeling exhausted ,weak and tired? if yes then it happens because of hormonal changes. so to balance it ,you must take homemade healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. spend quality time with your family. practice yoga or mediation daily. it will help to calm down yourself.
