#asktheexpert I have a toddler of 2year9months. he is very very active understands everything but doesn't talk. sometimes say some words but doesn't talk according to his age I am very worried what can I do

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your child outside (xopen environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in. x
