#AskTheExpert I have a lump in my breast since two days. My baby is 4m old and I'm exclusively breast feeding. What can I do to get rid of it?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and after try to manually express your milk. do breast massage in circular motion. Feed your baby more often,.
