POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. To reduce hairfall, include protein, calcium and iron rich foods in the diet with plenty of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
