#asktheexpert I have a baby 4 month don't sleep not at night nor a day not more than an hour please suggest me we feed him Lactodex

A. Namaste Mom, Massages , warm water bath would be helpful also make sure tummy time in betwene is given in case of blaoting could be relieved as well
