#AskTheExpert i have 3months pregnancy. but I have subchorionic hemorrage. My doctor advised to me take rest... please bataye ke rest me kya sirf lete rhe ya thoda bahut chal phir skate hi ya,thoda bahut kaam kar sakte hi .. please suggest ma'am.

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet stay hydrated.
have sunbath every morning
