#AskTheExpert I had my c section delivery 2 months ago and I am still having vaginal bleeding. It becomes less after every 8th or 9th day and then the flow is very heavy again. Is it normal to have vaginal bleeding for so long?

A. you need probably hormone therapy. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
