Q.

#asktheexpert I had dengue last month and was unable to breastfeed my baby at that time. It affected my milk supply, and my baby was on formula milk for more than one month now. how can I increase my milk supply. i am taking lactare granules with milk already and trying to breasfeed her whenever possible

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself in your case just continue breastfeeding as before and it will help improve the breast milk secretion

A. hi yes, along with all these, add or take some food items in your diet for example drumsticks, sweet potato, spinach, sprouted fenugreek seeds etc
