Q.
#AskTheExpert I had c section on 22nd April.It was no compilation pregnancy and delivery.I had no issues of bp throughout.But since last 20 days my bp is always high. What might be the possible reason? Is it possible to develop hypertension after delivery? which medicine should be taken?

ExpertDr Prerna PatelObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. this can happen due to the issue like inadquate sleep post delivery which may cause higher side reading .what are the reading you are having at present...restrict salt intake n have adquate sleep

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. ..never delay showing bp problem to doctor...this seems like a problem which should be seen by a medical professional....i would suggest you see a doctor to know if there is anything to worry about and to know why this is happening ..
