You can have all the grains, pulses & flours. however, try not to have besan in fried form
Avoid excess oil, ghee to avoid excessive weight gain
Try to consume more of Vegetables, fruits, nuts, protein rich foods

if you underwent cesarean section just before few days then it's better to avoid besan in your diet.
besan is little gas in nature which might cause problem for your child as you are a breastfeeding mother. also as you are a cesarean section mother it is not good to have gastric kind of food in the beginning until the wound will heal
