Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. very important to see whether it is simple dermatitis or a bacterial infection or a fungal infection and accordingly treatment has to be given and clean it with soap and water and if it is not improving then meet your doctor
