#asktheexpert I had a miscarriage before three months after that my cycle was regular to 26 days now I miss my period for 4 days but result is nagative what’s the reason behind this I have little nausea in the morning help me why is this happening

A. you can do serum HCG. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.

A. I checked with my gynaecologist she said test after 3 days and come back .. she said may be you conceived late that’s why the result is nagative but my periods were regular why is it happening is it a cause of concern

A. Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hygiene Wash hands often Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
