I miss my period for one day and today I test and it comes negative I had a miscarriage two months before I am very worried please help me out

if still negative then consult with your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required And start treatment as advised

it could be change in hormone levels or change in BP levels thyroid level.. sugar levels..
consult the doctor..
and treatment accordingly..
