Q.

#AskTheExpert I had a foreceps delivery in September, I have lower back pain and pain in lower abdomen on right side. is this normal? pls suggest solution

A. after delivery the back pain is mostly due to wrong sitting and standing positions during feeding so take always a back support whenever you said and have daily walking and mild exercise which is very beneficial

A. it is quite normal and common to have back pain after delivery nothing to worry about I would recommend you to try to get a massage done on a daily basis and take proper supplements as described
