#AskTheExpert I had a c section as well as family planning operation 5 months back.. but now I am suffering from stomach some time and pain st the stitches.. kindly help me, do I need to consult doctor or is it normal pain?

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems A gentle walk each day can help your body and your mind feel better. You could start with 5 minutes walking around your home. You might like to ask a physiotherapist at the hospital to give you some other good exercise ideas as you start to recover.
