#AskTheExpert . I got sciatica nerve pain in 4.5 month of my pregnancy and it's been a month am suffering. Am unable to rotate during night times and walk early in the morning . The pain is heavy .Are there any medications or massages which can help me

and please start doing that low impact exercises undersupervision of your gynecologist
initially, I too felt pain but my gynecologist suggested to do it atleast once in a day

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. lay straight on the bed. take rest when your leg starts paining. proper medication and rest can relieve you from this problem. a few medication is also required, so better consult an orthopedic.

She instead gave me only vitamin D tablets. and asked me to do pelvic exercises.But due to heavy pain am unable to do them .I am able to start them but cannot continue for longer time

same thing happened with me
but proper medication is required so please visit your gynecologist and take necessary follow ups from him or her
please don't sit or stand for long period
don't sit by hanging your legs
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
