Q.

#AskTheExpert i gained around 11 kg wt till delivery ....i was 66 at the time of delivery ...after delivery it was 61 ...then after 15 days i reduced n wt 59 ....but den ....afterwards i started gaining wt....n now m again 66....m confused wat to eat n wat to not.....n how i can loose wt ....wid healthy eating...

A. Dear mum, apart from healthy eating, you need to exercise and have an active lifestyle. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
