A. Dear parent, if you are looking to losing weight, then you should eat mindfully. Also, exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups.
