Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 4 months of age most of the babies will not be taken feeding during night X naturally there urine output during night times will be less if baby is passing urine 8 to 10 times per day it is sufficient

if the baby is passing urine properly during the day time then it is fine..
keep the baby well hydrated..
give frequent feeds.. to keep baby well hydrated..
