#AskTheExpert I feel my breastmilk is not enough as per my baby needs..how can I increase the milk so that I don't need to feed FM to baby

A. Hi dear mom If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby. If u feel that bm is less then u can have lactare tablets to increase ur breast milk supply
