#AskTheExpert i feel dizzi on most of the days, especially before and after my periods and even during the periods. The dizziness spells are for few seconds when i head would spin and vision blurrs but only for few second.

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some neefedful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.
