#AskTheExpert I done 2 C sec ..iam a lactating mother ..shall I go for gym now nd strat to lose weight..iam 80 kgs..iam intermittent fasting..will it reduce my weight .iam also having some oily snacks during my eating window..is tat ok

A. after six months you can for sure gym. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hi mam,as you are nursing mother, better to avoid gym . you should start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more avoid junk food items. drink plenty of fluids.
