ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. after six months you can for sure gym. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

mam,as you are nursing mother, better to avoid gym .
you should start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid junk food items.
drink plenty of fluids.
