Hence when exclusively breastfeeding, it is always advisable to feed on demand. You would feel a heaviness in your breast when the milk production is full in your breast and once the baby has done his feeding, you would feel a lightness also track the babies weight gain. Try to massage your breast regularly after every feed and also take healthy nutritious food preferably before baby feed time as that would help in good milk production.
Author of questionGuardian of a 2 yr 9 m old girl2 years agoA. after her birth baby did not properly urinate due to that her jaundice point increased and i was suggested to give fromula milk for her. Only after i started with her jaundice decreased. still im continuing her with formula , as my milk supply is low.
