Q.

#AskTheExpert I delivered my baby on 5th November 2021. it's been 25 days but I do not have milk production at all till now. what should I do??

A. Actually for lactation you. can take ayurvedic medicine but after that also you don't have breast milk supply then start giving formula milk to your baby . After completing 6 months you can start solid food
