#AskTheExpert i delivered my baby on 25 June after delivery my weight was just as it was before pregnancy but now iam gaining weight....iam breastfeeding my baby and eating healthy and doing house work all alone.. please suggest something where iam lagging

A. hello you should be doing walking and excercise which can hel reduce your weight and also you should be having a healthy and well balanced food in the diet and this can help in the growth of your child and is absolutely nothing to worry about
