regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesn't improve it cyan lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.

Also take fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and salads and fruits. Please take half spoon of ghee with milk. Also do walk atleast thirty minutes in a day. Avoid maida and oily and outside food items. Thanks and take care
