#AskTheExpert i delivered baby girl on 17 dec 2022 but my weight and belly fat is increasing day by day can i do exercise or yoga and how do i maintain my weight

A. yes you can start with regular daily walking and slowly move on for mild exercise and then for heavy exercises to reduce your weight as well as belly fat but to take care to have proper nutritious diet and water intake

A. If you had a normal delivery you can go ahead with basing wild exercises yoga Surya Namaskar all that is fine but if it is all about C-section delivery then I’m afraid that you have to wait for at least 6 to 8 months and also you should do consult your doctor before you go for any kind of exercise
