Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. you can take lactare capsules two capsules three times a day For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

You Can start having lactation supplement maybe that is going to help in increasing the breast feeding of yours and if you’re breastfeeding increases that’s very good I am not giving you any hundred percent guarantee it is going to work or not but you can try if it works and good otherwise go for formula feeding
