Q.

hlo sir my baby cannot feed properly because of my short nipples I have to bottle feed him also I have low milk supply please help me

A. Hello mom would recommend that you massage your breast after every pump that you do. also take these foods which would help to enhance the milk production such as oats , garlic , flax seeds , dry fruits , milk , panjiri , fenugreek leaves , drum stick leaves , jeera , ajwain or sanuf water , etc also supplements such aa galatac granules and certain in ayurvedic and homeopathy supplements are avaiable
