#AskTheExpert i can not feed my baby. i take complete food still couldnt get breast milk..

A. hello mom if baby weight gain and urination frequency is normal then no need to worry. you can ask your gynecologist for lactation expert for supplement. follow healthy diet routine include lot of seasonal vegetables fruits and specially poppy seeds fenugreek seeds papaya oatmeal Gond ke laddu dry fruit laddu in your diet.. in between two feedings Express aur pump some breast milk which will indicate your body to produce more of it it is like supply and demand
