#asktheexpert I became mother on 25th November by Ceaser. My breast milk is so minimal, thats why my baby refuse to eat my breast milk. how should I increase my milk production?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl10 months agoA. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement you can take that three times in the day with warm milk that usually helps a lot and in increasing the lactation for women along with a healthy diet and number of fluids in a day is very important
