#asktheexpert I am working mother. My baby complete 4 month. I started formula milk but he is not taking as he totally depends on me from last 4 month. Not it's very difficult for me because I am not able to feed him in my office hrs and he is hungry for 5hrs every day. what can I do for my baby.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, even if you are working and away from home baby can continue to have breast milk. While you are at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours. Prefer to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
