#AskTheExpert I am trying to conceive again. I have a 3 years 5 months baby boy. I am overweight and had been taking detox medicine from Modicare brand. I was taking Noni juice, detox, Spirulina and protein crest howereve have stopped taking the fist three. Please advice if I should continue taking the same.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum if you are trying to conceive then definitely this is not advisable to take anything like this without the consultation of the doctor be on the regular diet keep doing some physical activities if you can do nothing then you can go for the walk but stopped taking all these things
