#AskTheExpert I am taking lactonic granuals since 7 months. My baby is now 10 months old. Should I continue taking this lactonic powder or stop. I feed him 4 to 5 times a day. Milk supply is low since delivery that's why taken this powder

please try to give everything to your child now in form of purees except cow milk and honey.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

If You want you can stop taking this powder now you can start with any other milk that you want to if you do not want to continue breastfeeding it’s perfectly alright and if you are interested in continuing breastfeeding then continue with the granules that you are having
