Include milk and milk products, paneer, curd, egg, mixed seeds like pumpkin, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, green vegetables, fruits, dry fruit like almonds and walnuts, ginger, garlic, curry leaves in the diet
Increase water intake upto 2-3 litre
Child birth also causes sleep deprivation, anxiety and many mental stress which also causes increase in hair fall
Try to take sleep when the child sleeps , meditation will help u to calm your mind and help u relax
