#asktheexpert I am suffering from chronic constipation after c section Even I use to go washroom every alternate days that too with the use of laxative and it is too painful..I can't explain in words.. please suggest me some treatment.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. best way to avoid constipation its take lot of water all green leafy vegetables in help a lot seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana oranges medicines you can take only occasionally
